Delphi WinPCap component
This is a modified version of the original Delphi WinPCap component made by Lars Peter Christiansen which can be found at http://home1.stofanet.dk/nitezhifter. I have been using this component for some time and I started improving it. There are only a few changes. This was done back in 2003. I have never used it since then.
